TWO DAY INFORMATION:

• $91 Team Fee ($85 + $6 Fee) | Due By June 13th
• $44 per Player ($40 + $4 Fee) | No Food
• $54 per Player ($50 + $4 Fee) | Food Included
• 6 Game Guarantee & T-Shirt

THREE DAY INFORMATION:

• $101 Team Fee ($95 + $6 Fee) | Due By June 13th
• $54 per Player ($50 + $4 Fee) | No Food
• $65 per Player ($60 + $5 Fee) | Food Included
• 9 Game Guarantee & T-Shirt

CAMP INFORMATION:

• Coaches: Please bring physicals of each player when you check-in.
• Players: At registration please bring the following: Medical Release Form.
• THE ABOVE FORMS ARE MANDATORY FOR ANY PLAYER WHO PARTICIPATES IN CAMP. IF A PLAYER DOES NOT HAVE THE
  FORMS OR IF THEY ARE NOT FILLED OUT CORRECTLY, THE PLAYER CANNOT PARTICIPATE IN CAMP.
• If staying in hotel, please make your own arrangements. You can contact us and we can help you get a discounted rate with
  local hotels.

NOTE: This camp is operated by the Women’s Basketball coaches of Murray State. Although the camp is held on the campus of
Murray State, it is not owned or operated by the university. Murray State Women’s Basketball camps are open to any and all
entrants, in accordance with the NCAA Legislation (limited only by number, age, grade level, and/or gender)
